Grapes were picked in the cool of the summer morning, and then pressed to release the juice. Only the juice was fermented, skins taken off. This has produced a delightful pink wine. Matured on French oak imparting the delicious caramel flavour. Dry not sweet. Serve slightly chilled, perfect for a hot sunny afternoon. Convenient six bottle carry pack great for a barbeque.
